Our Code of Ethical Conduct

All participants or associates of USCS (US Courier Service) are expected to abide by our Code of Ethical Conduct, both online and in-person during deliveries, work, or any events that are hosted and/or in any way associated with USCS.

The Pledge
In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we pledge to make participation in our company, projects, contracts, and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, political affiliation, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

The Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

Not respecting reasonable communication boundaries, such as 'leave me alone,' 'go away,' or 'I’m not discussing this with you.'

Using sexualized language or imagery and engaging in unwelcome sexual attention or advances.

Swearing or using strong or disturbing language.

Sharing graphics or any other content that may be considered disturbing.

Starting and/or participating in arguments related to politics.

Promoting or supporting any kind of inequality, including but not limited to age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, nationality and race, political affiliation, personal appearance, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Promoting any form of drug use.

Attacking personal tastes.

USCS requires that all members and vendors analyze their network and supply chain to adhere to our supply chain assurances.

Enforcement
Violations of the Code of Ethical Conduct may be reported by sending an email to info@uscs.net. All reports will be reviewed and investigated, resulting in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.

We reserve the right and responsibility to remove comments or other contributions that are not aligned with this Code of Ethical Conduct or to temporarily or permanently ban any members for behaviors that are deemed inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
